WELCOME TO CROATAN.
We are a beach community in Virginia Beach, nestled next to the Atlantic
Ocean just south of Rudee Inlet. We have a very active Civic League,
and several clubs including a Women's Club and a Book Club. We publish a monthly newsletter and a neighborhood
directory to help us get to know our neighbors. We also sponsor periodic
neighborhood events such as the Civic League Spring Fling, a Fourth of
July party, Neighborhood Night Out, a Halloween parade and party for the
children, and a Civic League dinner/meeting in the fall.
